Do you have any evidence there would be a problem with soap pods freezing? Pure water freezes at 32 degrees F. but soap pods are not water. I have never heard of soap pods freezing....... We keep ours under the bathroom sink .... and we would never let the inside of our RV get below freezing, anyway . . . .
