Where did you get the idea that 0 deg. F is the coldest it can get. The water based antifreeze in you cars won't freeze till -35 or so depending on the concentration. I don't know what the freezing point of soap pods is (but I would think it would be way below zero because there is very little water) and I doubt you will be able to figure it out in a household freezer. To be safe buy them after you get out of the cold weather or keep them warm till you get south.
