NEMA 5-20R typically has a 'T' slot for the neutral and will fit either plug. If the Hot is turned it is a 6 series for 250 volts. Put your meter on it.
Otherwise look for a short appliance cord rated 20 amps as it should have the turned neutral plug and a 'T' slot receptacle for your extension cord.
