Purchasing Dexter EZ FLex and wet bolt kit

Doing some shopping around on the web and it looks like this kit goes for $230-$250 however I found the following and am wondering if its legit? Anybody every order anything from this place.

I bought the ez-flez system from them, and a lot of other things. It's a good store with good prices and support.

I live near the Newark, De store. Always have parts needed and great to deal with. They also carry lots of fishing and boating equipment.
