GOOD dealers handle ALL the warranty items. IF the OEM does not handle it the dealer goes thru the individual supplier and gets it done. The ONLY thing most dealers will not/cannot do is warranty on the chassis. THAT must go thru the Chassis Dealer Service dept UNLESS the RV dealer also is a chassis retailer or warranty center. A LOT of OEM's require their dealer to go thru the vendor supplier. It IS a hassle for the dealer, but they do it for THEIR customers. Years ago (2002) Newmar tried a 1 stop warranty for all components(except chassis)because they had a 3 year warranty. We stopped selling Newmar in 2008, but they dropped the 3 year warranty and I think that program stopped then also. Doug
