None of the words mean squat. Bulk, Absorbsion, Float should be the only terminology permitted. Look at the action function of the manufacturer's terminology and seldom you will find what you are expecting.
If I go will roll-up panels, I am going to permit myself to be at the mercy of MPPT and god only knows what that will mean to common sense. I have little faith a constant voltage MPPT controller exists and if it does it is the "Uranium 235 Limited 500 dollar addition, optional setting".
