Mr Wiz is happy, thinking what he sees is normal. OTOH that would drive me crazy trying to find out what is wrong, cross checking voltages all over the place till I found it. Oh well. Beyond me what the deal is here.
Thats true in bulk but not when voltage/current is being controlled with PWM.
