might be another day or so before good weather for full sun
i got lucky in between the clouds to day and yes, charge was around 9~10 amps
only one third of the max i have recorded at 31+ amps
calculated total panel output is 39.94amps at 17v for 679w
if by ISC you mean short circuit amps that is quire a bit more and something i cannot measure, open circuit voltage 22+
ok i looked up the panels specs for the windy nation and the uni-solar panels and came up with a calculated short circuit of 45.49 amps
but IIRC my initial statement had been 17v+ at 20+ amps
which is what started this conversation about panel voltage
i just made a resistance / continuity check on this controller

a 20amp PWM Chinese spare, which i used with when i was individually reconditioning my recent purchase of surplus Genisys AGMS
again all the positives are common
i really think this is the reason for this panel volts=battery volts conversation
not saying my voltage is not lower under a full load, but again i have never recorded or seen a full load
since i increased the size of my solar array watts
