Actually, I thought if that 17v should be 14.3 say, then it was not just a discussion, but a cause for some trouble-shooting.
Anyway, I think others more qualified should take it from here if there is anywhere to go that is! I don't mind finding I am out to lunch on this. That's what the forum is here for IMO. :)
