I have some doubts. You should read the Outback manual on this. With what Outback costs, it probably includes remote temperature sensor. Which means that you set the Bulk or Absorb voltage to what Rolls recommends at 25C, i.e. 2.4*6*4=56V. Controller will automatically adjust it higher when it gets colder.
Possibly - even lower than 56V, because it says 2.6V in temps 17-27C, and if you dig deeper and find the temperature graph, at 25C it could be slightly less than 2.6V per 2V cell.
