I think you would be just fine with a PD9260 mounted close with #4 wire.
Generally no.... that charger you want does not exist at a reasonable price.
Much as I like the Progressive Dynamics.. it has no temperature sensor. and is not user programmable as to voltage etc.
I also have a no longer made Xantrex Prosine 2.0 Inverter/charger
The charger module in this unit has all the features the O/P desires.
User programmable voltages, Temp sensor with user programmable "Curve". Up to 100 amp (Throttable/limitable) charge potential.
But of course it is way, way more expensive than the 9260 (Which is what I'd recommend if not for the temp sensor request since it dont' get better than a 9200 in my book)
but thn it also microwaves lunch, which the 9200 can not do.
(I have both (Well 9180 with wizard) in this RV.. I keep the charger on the Prosine off since it appears to have a leaky pass transistor (over charges per the display) and use the PDI which I like better anyway unless I am boondocking in which case I use 'em both (Faster recharge,, I have enough battery to need both) or the 9180 becomes unplugged (Happens from time to time and I usually figure it out long about 3AM and I am NOT getting dressed and going outside to plug back in when all i need is CLICK of the remote switch on the Prosine).
