First guess:

1-5 watts/100 ah - below self discharge
5-20 watts/100ah - battery maintainer
15-70 watts - small
50-200 watts - medium small
75-300 watts - medium
230-400 watts - medium large
350-800 watts - large

When a system fits in multiple categories, make call somehow based on battery bank and load level the solar supports.
