HERE. Choose the state, the city, then dial 0 in the "Array Tilt - Degrees", and dial 1.2 in "DC Rating - KW". The calculator doesn't accept value below 1 KW, so you have to put 1.2 KW. Then divide the annual $ cost by 10, because your panel is 120W, not 1.2 KW.
More if you tilt the panel.
