Solar makes a great hobby. So far it has kept me from the grief and expense of a genset. I have my gensets anonymous 10 month badge after many years addicted to generators. So far it is more fun and less expensive than oil changes (I believe only synthetic is appropriate for air cooled engines), gasoline and repairs. My biggest unit was 17kVA but first I scaled back, and then went cold turkey. At the height of my addiction I owned...hmmm...26kVA of bad habit at one time.

First the info' on my 15a MPPT. You have asked one great question. Bought it from 'tektrumcorp.com' @ $49.95 and all the info' on the maker is a huge question. The model says 'TD-MPPT-15a Are all these small MTTP Controllers perhaps out of the same production line? I see some on EBay for like $12/15, hmm.
I guess the Blue Sky is fine for multi-panels. That's above my knowledge. But for my lone-ly 24v/120w panel I'm waiting for the 20a PWM to arrive airmail from HK, to compare with the 15a MPPT.
