Shivering at night look into an electric mattress pad, nice warmth from below, turn on about an hour before going to bed and it will nice and cozy, even on low
Settings. 38’ TT is a lot to heat in real cold weather.
If electric is included space heaters help, but if you have a few extra dollars could consider adding on an electric add on heating unit to the furnace. Much safer than space heaters, and controlled by the thermostat.
