If so, maybe the tanks were not "purged."......if not, then they were probably not completely full to start with.
If not properly purged they would have noticed by the furnace sputtering and turning on and off or the flames on the stove not being right when cooking. I had 2 spare 30 lb cylinders that had not been purged properly. I wasn't using the stove but when I changed out to the spares the furnace was whumping and thumping and would shut down try to reignite than shut off completely until I switched to my 20 lb barbeque grill cylinder.
