Air conditioner problem
It sounds like the compressor starts but the blower doesn't come on. Any ideas where to look first?

As Troll said spin the fan by hand. I had it happen to me about 3 years ago. Spun it and haven't had to do it again. Unlike Troll I already consider it fixed.
