Re Certification of Propane Tank
I took my 30# tank to be refilled today and was told that it would have to be re-certified prior to filling it. Has anyone had this done and what does it typically cost? Thanks

My propane is a ASTM code tank, it doesn't need it (big tag on the side and not portable. But my oxygen tank for welding was about that size, and I think it cost about 20$. No more than 40$ for sure and that was cleaned and painted too.
