If under warranty, get it to a Dometic Service center. Suppliers DO NOT assist in retail work by customers under warranty. They do NOT send out warranty parts for retail customers. So, I don't understand why you are complaining. IF you cannot get a Service Center to work on it, then complain. Doug

    Because Dometic makes products that routinely have known issues. RV purchasers don't have a lot of options. I can't buy parts unless I let the dealer install the parts. The way most of the RV / Dometic service centers work, the labor and scheduling can take 4 weeks to replace a fan. For what Dometic products cost, they should provide the parts list and specs. They don't.
