I guess I am kinda dense here. The thermal cutoff device and high heat alarm seem a bit useless to me. As I understand it, when the weld breaks is shoots the ammonia/hydrogen fuel out at high pressure. It would be almost like spraying gas in the back of the refrigerator. If it should flash, it will be a fire bomb.
What you are doing is like re-designing a car to keep the front tire from going flat when the back axle might fall off.
