Inverter Chassis Ground on Copper Propane Line?

My breaker panel's ground appears to be attached to a ground clamp on my stove's copper propane line. Can I use the same clamp/copper tubing arrangement for the chassis ground terminal on my 1000w inv...

are you sure thats the ground for the breaker panel, unaware of any rv manufacturers that would do that, i have seen copper and metal lp lines grounded to the frame but never used for a panel ground!
