The camper is a 91 Sunline and the heater is a Hydro Flame HF 8012 with pilot. I messed with it a little today. I'm not 100% sure how to get it apart but I'm going to attack it in the morning. Looks like the entire gas valve, probes and therm come out in one shot. I'm going to try cleaning the probes. therm and pilot orifice first. If that doesn't fly Ill do the valve. I went to CW today, the woman was doing everything she could but she couldn't find me any information on the heater. The closest she could even come to the model was HF801211 Im not sure what the difference is but the drawing doesn't even show a thermocouple on it. I wouldn't be against shopping for a newer heater with electronic ignition but I want to match the foot print. I'm not sure if CW will be able to help me do that but there is a place called Tweetys that Ive used and evey time that I have spoken to someone there they seem to have an extensive back ground with the equipment and steer me in the right direction.
