You should hear the macerator pump running when you press the button located in the driver door jam.
Some say not to run the pump when dry.
First check the fuse for the macerator in the fuse panel. Mine is a 20 amp (yellow) fuse.
Second if it is good, there is a rod with a black knob next to the dump valve handles. Operate it, (push in) and turn CLOCKWISE. This may release a stuck impeller.
