Could you just add velcro where the magnets would go on the doorway?? If you have a $5 and below store near you they have some for $5. You could try the cheaper version to see if it would work... I have used the magnetic screen door and garage door magnetic screen door and wrapped it around my pop up canapy for a screen and it has worked really well for 2 seasons.
