I do not know where a store/use switch is located. Have never used one in the past. I have owned this for 5 years and have never had this problem. Power to both sets of batteries. Started both engine and gen. The KIB inverter panel shows batteries charged but when I hit the check levels nothing happens, the water heater and water pump do not work. Nothing lights up.
I will try to trace the wiring again
