Norcold Fridge Defrost Cycle
Does the Norcold Fridge Defrost Cycle start 48 hours from the beginning or from the end of the previous cycle?

From my experience it's not exactly 48 hours, more like 49-50 from the end to the next start on our norcold 2118.
I have a temp monitor in our freezer. On 9/5 temp started rising at about midnight (maybe a little earlier, and falling around 3AM. On 9/7 the temp started rising around 4AM and falling again around 8AM. 9/9 it started rising at 9 AM or so.
