So I have chased all lines from the genny to the transfer switch, undid and inspected all wire nut connections, tightened all ground connections and found nothing. The transfer switch appears fine and I manually forced the mechanism back and forth multiple times to make sure it wasn’t welded. Still having them same issue of the 30A breaker on the genny kicking. Now while I’ve been working on this, I’ve been running the generator a lot, and it seems that as the day has gone on, it’s gone from kicking the breaker nearly instantly last night to almost 20 secs to kick it now. Is there some kind of feedback loop that’ll kick that breaker?
