OP a complete new roof is expensive. Depending on physical size. It would cost $5k to maybe $15k. However you can spot seal and reseal only so many times, then you absolutely must get a complete re-roof.
I'm on my way with $15K in my pocket. No seriously, I've had the privilege of doing some Dicor rubber roof repair and it wasn't that big of a deal for me. Now a whole roof, doubt I'd tackle that myself. The roof on my Crossroads is a long way from needing replaced, and as stated above, unless I have an accident, someone else will own the trailer and get to do the job then.
Cloud Dancer: that's some serious damage for a 3 yr old MH. I too would be down on Dicor self leveling sealer if that happened to me. Looks more like something that's been out in the sun for 10 years. Glad you got it taken care of.
