pros:
1 overall condition is very good
2 it's paid for
3 I'm a diy'er any repairs are done by myself, cheap labor
4 i'm the second owner and purchased it 20 years ago with 75,000 miles, it now has 110,000 which for a diesel pusher is quite young.
cons
1 Trade in value is between 0 to 5,000 - kelly bb
2 Replacement costs are significant, probably > $50,000
3 replacement would require taking out a bank loan at > 8% interest
4 values at loan payoff would be appx 50% of original value
5 I'm retired and don't have the income to afford to finance a replacement
