Thought I would post my idea here and let the experts tell me what I am missing. First off, I own 2ea RV's. 1 is a gooseneck horse trailer with living quarters and the other is a bumper pull prowler....

For solar below 500 watts in a flat install with a 12 volt battery bank, my favorite controller is the Rogue 3048.
Above 500 and below 800 I think it is hard to beat the Morningstar series.
If 24 volts is the battery bank then the Rogue can handle the 800 watts. (I think--correct me if I'm wrong).
