Hi tim,
Except the OP wants a full time situation--so he has to be self sufficient pretty much on a day to day basis. That means either *lots* of genny time, shore power, or solar. Solar is the nearest to the "free lunch" category, often being a "one time cost".

I run my TV on a 75 watt cigarette plugin inverter and have a 12 volt dvd plaer. Can run that for several days without charging.
Just sayin that you don't need to keep your batteries at 100% the whole time you're camping. For short trips just charge when you get home.
