You need to get a better handle on the requirements before going on to the design phase. Plus IMO, you need to more homework on RVing in general. Right now you are just crashing around. Is DW in on this? ("Is momma happy..." and all that?) Go back to square one. Have a think or two, and start over. Yipes.
EG, why do you need your own horse(s)? If you are just going from one dude ranch type place to another across the USA in your Chevrolet, why not just ride their horse(s)? Etc, etc, etc. You have the cart before the horse big time, IMO :(
