Rebuilding Entire Solar on my TC: Matching everything up?

Hi Guys, I have a new to me rig I'm working on. It is a '96 and has a really old analog I guess controller but does have 2 panels on the roof. One for sure is a Siemens and the other is a bit lighter...

One thing I did wonder about is the difference in the color.. The one marked Siemens on the top is much blacker and the other much blue-er..
