How are you measuring the temp? The ONLY correct way to measure the temp is to have a glass of water in the refer for 24 hours with a Digital thermometer. NOT a Infrared Thermometer. What that water temp is the correct temp. From your description, you have an Auto temp refer. The ONLY things that control the interior temp is the Thermister and the rear module board. The freezer temp is NOT controlled. Doug
