Refilling propane tanks
I am new at this. I am Fickit have to refill my propane tanks on a 36 foot rv. Do I have to remove them from the vessel.

Tanks 1 year old that are empty and need to be re-filled prior to my upcoming trip. I am trying to obtain if I have to remove them from my RV to get them re-filled or can I leave them affixed to said RV.. I thought this to be a pretty simple question, but, apparently, I don't know the correct phraseology needed to get the information I need.
