Refilling propane tanks
I am new at this. I am Fickit have to refill my propane tanks on a 36 foot rv. Do I have to remove them from the vessel.

Remove your removable cylinders and take them to a propane supplier.
If you were on the East side of the metroplex I'd suggest Tractor Supply @ 1.89/gal (mesquite). They might remove the cylinders for you but I never expect the propane filler to remove empty or full cylinders for me.
