If you are not hooked up to 120V, try running it in "gas" mode, not "auto". And go through the checklist suggested above: is there gas in the tank, is the valve on tank open, purge the air if the rig is new. Keep in mind that "gas" mode usually (in 99% of new RV frigs) requires 12V battery present.
If you are hooked up to 120V, run it in "Auto" and give it 5-6 hours. These frigs are slow. If after 5-6 hours the temperature in either freezer or fridge chamber doesn't drop from where it was, then there is some problem.
