That "sliding of the thermistor up/down on the cooling fins trick" raises a question.
Does changing the position of the thermistor adjust both the freezer and refrigerator sections' temperatures up/down together ... or does sliding the thermistor adjust only the refrigerator section temperature up/down ... or does sliding the thermistor instead adjust the amount of cooling that is allocated between the refrigerator and freezer sections?
The reason I ask is our RV's Norcold refrig works just fine with no fans, however the refrigerator section averages 32 to 35 degrees (a bit too cold) and the freezer section averages 10 to 15 degrees (a bit too warm). I'm wondering if sliding the thermistor will change the ratio of cooling allocated to the two sections so as to maintain the refrigerator section average temperature around 38 degrees and the freezer section average temperature around 0 degrees?
