Good information, dougranier... The only reason I suspected the board is because that's what this idiot RV tech said was the problem and replaced (for a DIFFERENT problem). I can't get my old board back and I suspect his, so I'm putting a new one in to hopefully start fresh from there. I've also got a new thermister on hand.
It's going to be in the low 30's (outside) tonight. I've got the camper plugged in, and I'm going to run the heat in the camper. I'll get the temperature inside the refrigerator up to 60-65 degrees and then I'll turn it on and see what happens. If it behaves as it has been for the past month, it won't cool down until I restart it when it's over 40 degrees outside.
