It has to have something to do with the control board; something is not communicating with something. I would start troubleshooting myself but it's still (thankfully) under warranty. So until its not, I need to keep searching for an answer or a tech who can find the answer.
Maybe Jillhop will find the answer first, but we obviously have the exact same problem. Willing to bet others do too.
