You might not need to remove the entire dash.
I see 4 holes in the radio face.. Those holes are for a radio REMOVAL TOOL which looks like a big "U"..
You can fashion a tool from a coat hanger, make a U big enough to go from the top and bottom holes on left and right sides.
Once inserted you should be able to put some pressure from the inside towards the outside of the radio on your make shift tools then try pulling out.
You can also buy the tools which have a small notch on the ends to help with the removal.
If that fails then the dark grey surround which goes all the way over to the drivers side can be removed. It is held in by a bunch of snap in retainers.
You will have to carefully start on one end with your finger nails or a screw driver (screw driver method CAN "screw" up things so to speak if you are not careful) and then pull away from the dash..
They may even make a specific dash removal tool, but I have been lucky to be able to get mine with my finger nails for '03, '06 and 2013 F250s.
Not familiar with that exact dash but some have a hidden set of screws on the lower part of the dash (my 2013 F250 is like this but the '03 and '06 does not have these screws).. The two separate pieces to the left and right beside the heat/AC controls may need to be removed to get to those screws.. I suspect you have before 2011 so there might not be hidden screws..
On edit..
