Remove lens for overhead LEDs

Just took a tour of the 2014 Columbus 320RS online. Nice rig.
Couldn't get a good view of the light fixtures but they appeared to be the round ones, definitely not the same as the photo above or my fixtures. Wasn't obvious to me how the lens would come off, other than pulling them down. Maybe the entire fixture pulls out of the ceiling and then comes apart.
