Ceiling light
A photo is a great idea! The older I get the more I forget. Hopefully I set it up so people can view it.
It's not very clear but hopefully you can see it's somewhat similar to a can light. Look close and you can see the individual LEDs. The lens is round with serrated edges (which should provide a good surface to grip) and fits flush with the ceiling. The dark objects in the center are the styrofoam I'd like to get out.
