Kinda depends on how you use your trailer. I would replace it with a residential fridge in a heartbeat if you don't boon dock.
If the fridge did not leak then there is a strong possibility a piece of crud is blocking the ammonia tubing orifice. That is where the standing the fridge inverted for a day came from. Even if you get it free, it will probably happen again in the not too distant future.
