Replacing 1156 and 2057 bulbs or new replacement light kit

I want more visibility when stopping or signaling of my 5th wheeler. What is best option-changing out the standard 1156 and 2057 bulbs with led bulbs or purchase new led tail light kit. Auto Zone says...

I went with replacement assemblies and they made a big difference. And I did not change the flasher but it is a heavy duty electronic style many trucks have.
