I've had to remove/replace RV toilets and the flanges they attach to. I have NEVER been asked "What Brand of Toilet will you be Installing on this Flange?" Same with Home Toilets, too, by the way.
So I'm going to say, confidently, that the Toilet-to-Floor/Flange connection will be fine. But unlikely that the Water Supply will connect to the Dometic the same way it attached to the AquaMagic. Hardware and Big Box stores have PEX tubing and fittings.
If your Floor is Carpeted and you're going from Hand Flush to Foot Flush, you may need to trim the Carpet.
