replacing decals should I clean/ redmax before or after

I removed all my arctic fox decals and I need a new finish on the faded gel coat. I have read hundreds of post about the steps involved with cleaning and recoating but none of them say whether to repl...

Decals need to be installed on clean,dry,oilfree and waxfree surface
if not done right you will be doing them again.
once the decals are on and dry them put your red max on
