Replacing door locks

I cannot lock one of my doors with the key. I cannot unlock the other one with the key.

So, I have come to the conclusion it is time to replace the locks and keys.

How hard is it to do? How hard would it be to get the original key code?
  • I don't know about something that old but for mine changing he cylinders is a 10 sec job. A good dealer should have replacement cylinders.

FIC had a recall a couple years ago for bad locks. If you have one of those, they are easy to change.
