Replacing injectors

I need to know the difference between 2 different injectors. could some compare the 236-0974 with the 10R4763. Are they the same or is the 10r4763 a remanufactured 236-0974? I don't know but am trying to learn. Also what is a 233-3535? I found these in my cat c7 engine . I was told by Kat that my engine KAL09264 came with the 236-0974. I am being very careful that the right ones go back in there

    Not really off-topic but close...

    I noted that Caterpillar dealer remanufactured starters and alternators were top quality. Any company that insists on manufacturing it's own fasteners grabs my attention.

    Caterpillar RV Hotline-- call with your engine serial number: 877 777-3126.

    There are LOTS of differences within the same engine family for different applications, HP/torque ratings, etc.

    Stick with Cat. They would know better than anyone.

    Who would be a better source for correct info than Katerpillar?

    Maybe ask on the Class A forum. (Or Class C - for Cat, LOL!)
