If you post the part number of the light bulbs you are replacing, or post a photo, we can probably give you a good idea of a replacement LED. If you buy from an American dealer you will probably pay 3-5 times what you can buy them for on ebay.

I can tell you get the warm white the cool bright white is an all most blue light. I didn't like the cool white lights. m4products.com is a good source to look and to buy what you are looking for.

I try my best to support products made at home but when it comes to LED bulbs I've been buying on ebay from China. I don't know of any except those made in Taiwan and China. I refuse to pay 400% profit to those who import them.


There's no standard in light output, or at least I haven't seen it yet. I've bought several claimed by the seller to be "equivelent" but they weren't.

I've bought several different types with different bases, different color temperatures, and different quantities of LEDs. I've found a vendor that has one that, to my eye, is equivalent to the bulbs that were in my AF TC. They are #ll56s with 68 warm white (3700 K) LEDs and cost about $1.80 in TC quantities.

I'm still experimenting with T10 base bulbs (more on order). I put them in my previous TC and 5th W. They were bright white (6500 K) bulbs and just didn't feel right.

I don't have the info right now (I,m at work) but will address it again tonight.

There are a number of sites on line that give "conversion tables" for incandescent or halogen lights to LED's and these tables range from good to very poor. There's no accurate way to convert a monochromatic directed light source (LED) to an incandescent or halogen light which is omnidirectional and has a wide spectrum light temperature. What we ended up doing was ordering one or two LED's of each type we needed and trying them. Brightness, color and the fixture they are installed in all combine to give a different look, and what is great for one person many times ends up unacceptable to others. Don't be in a hurry to get everything the first time. Try then buy. It took us 3 shots to get some replacements right in a 2008 Allegro Bus, but we ended up replacing about 100 bulbs.
